ELIGIBILITY: The Keystone Light’s "NASCAR Camping World Truck Series™ Racing" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of with U.S. and the District of Columbia, excluding CA, who are 21 years of age or older and have Internet access and a valid e-mail address. PRIZE / APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): There will be one (1) Grand Prize of a NASCAR Camping World Truck Series™ Trip awarded for each region. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWINGS: Winners will be selected in a series of random drawings conducted from among all eligible entries received from each Region on or about 12/6/10 by The Ignition Network, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received for each region. 5. SWEEPSTAKES WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by traceable method of delivery and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (except where prohibited) within 7 days of attempted notification or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Failure to provide all required information and a signature on the documents will result in forfeiture of winner’s right to claim a prize and may be awarded to an alternate. Guests of Grand Prize winners will also be required to sign a Liability/Publicity Release before travel will be booked. In the event of noncompliance with these official rules, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. 6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prize is not transferable. Prize consists of only the items specifically listed as the prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for any damage to any participant’s computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding any e-mail entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address). Potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is severely undermined by any event beyond the control of Sponsor, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other cause not reasonably within the control of Sponsor (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes without any further obligation. If Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to alter this Sweepstakes as a result of a Force Majeure event, a notice will be posted on-line; In the event of cancellation Sponsor will award the prize in a random drawing from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such cancelation, providing a sufficient number of entries are received. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the prize awarded shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Colorado the U.S., without respect to any conflict of law issues, and entrants agree that such shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Federal or State Courts of Colorado.
